The SRA1 is a traditional SPDA annuity that guarantees the principal. No MVA. The SRA1 pays an extra 10 basis points for deposits of $100,000 or more. The SRA1 has an unique bailout feature that allows for 100% free withdrawals if a renewal rate for years 2-5 is more than 1% below the first year rate. For year 6 the bailout level is a maximum of 2% below the first year rate. |

The SRA has a 45 day rate lock feature. The 45 days starts from the date a request for transfer of funds is received by Standard. If the funds are received within the 45 days the client will get either the held interest rate or the current rate, whichever is greater. |
